- Prices do not include the contribution of bed linen + towels of €20.00 per person;
- Final cleaning: € 50,00;
- Deposit of €100.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival;
- INCLUDED: expenses for electricity and hot water;
- EXCLUDING: heating consumption (calculated with calorie counter);
- Check-in: from 2.30 PM;
- Check-out: by 9:30 AM;
